Role Purpose

This position partners with the sales organization to support sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues. The incumbent will provide insights and planning support to drive revenue growth and sales efficiency.


  • Partners with Sales Leadership to determine overall business needs, and may represent Sales Operations on sales/account management related task forces.
  • Participates in business planning
  • Provide input on territory analysis, quota setting and compensation planning to Sales leadership.
  • Assist in the development, administration and communication of the sales compensation plans and special incentives.
  • Ensure new hires, transfers and leavers are processed properly.  Assist with on-boarding of new hires.
  • Create, document and disseminate information on sales processes
  • Create, apply and support common capabilities in the group.
  • Coordinate the implementation of change programs.


Scope and Impact

This role will be directly responsible for support of the Americas Middle Market sales organization.  Mid Markets is the fastest growing Sub-Region in the Americas.  This role will act as an advisor to help maintain the momentum.

Relationships: Internal / External

Builds constructive relationships across the organization with key business partners including sales

teammates, other sales teams, and other internal company departments, particularly Sales Finance and Commissions


Certifications / Education

University/college degree required.  Equivalent experience may be considered.

 Professional Experience

  • 8-10 year of prior experience in business or sales operations, sales or related experience
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience with a sales organization.
  • Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong aptitude and working knowledge of business systems.
