We're looking for a talented Senior User Experience Researcher to help us partner with our customers in developing desktop and mobile applications for professionals in the legal industry.
If you are a researcher who is passionate about creating user research strategies at both program and individual study levels this could be the role for you. This is a hands-on role which will see you managing all aspects of research including planning, executing, and analyzing data. You will be working with a UX Research Manager and Product Management, who will help provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance on incorporating user research into the product design and development lifecycle.
You will be fluent in both design and usability research and work closely with local and remote teammates in user experience, product development, and technology teams. Research projects will take place in usability labs, customers’ offices, and facilitated remotely. You should be equally comfortable in both the role of research facilitator as well as observer. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where research studies will be executed on a weekly basis.
While this is not a UI design role, the ideal candidate will not only bring expert research skills to the table but is also skilled at creating compelling visualizations of their research data- including service blueprints, consumer journey maps, personas, ecosystem maps, value proposition maps, storyboards, features roadmap, and user flows.
