Under the guidance and supervision of the Marketing Analytics Manager, the Marketing Data Coordinator will assist on, and in some cases manage, a broad range of projects. The coordinator will provide support with data, analytics and administrative tasks to support the team’s marketing attributed sales goal. This position requires attention to detail and experience with data and marketing analytics. Strong organization and excel skills are essential.

Job Requirements

  • Support the Marketing Analytics Team with various demand generation data projects
     
  • Clean, append, prepare and maintain prospecting and customer data
     
  • Assist with ongoing and monthly database maintenance and reporting
     
  • Update website with up-to-date sales territory information
     
  • Support lead management priorities in Salesforce.com
     
  • Maintain territory management information

Experience

  • 1-3 years in of previous data experience. Marketing data experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Ability to write effective and professional communications via email
  • Organized, detail oriented and has a constant eye on deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a variety of different teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (Saleforce.com preferred)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Informatica, Eloqua or SQL a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
