Administrative and Operational Assistant

(Maternity Cover)

WORK PLACE:  Katowice


In Thomson Reuters Enhanced Due Diligence (TR EDD), we provide our customers with intelligent information enabling them to manage reputational risk and make conscious business decisions.
TR EDD employs more than 350 people operating from research and operational centers in Panama City (Panama), Penang (Malaysia), Beijing and Shenzhen (China), Mumbai and Bangalore (India), and Gdynia and Katowice (Poland).


  • Assist in the preparation of weekly monitoring reports and monthly progress and statistics reports
  • Make logistical arrangements for the organization of office meetings and travels (ticket booking, accommodations and other travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Draft and maintain correspondence with the relevant parties
  • Assist with daily administration work
  • Help in organizing internal social activities
  • Provide support during employment process
  • Deal with company documentation (scan, copy, archive)


  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, good typing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Excellent organization skills and initiative proved by former record and references
  • Minimum 1 year experience at similar position
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Team player with the ability to work individually
  • Attention to details and great organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
