Legal Solution Specialist – Contract Express (6 Months)

Job Description

The Legal Solution Specialist supports execution of the wider sales strategy in MENA for Contract Express.  This person supports the Specialist with technical conversations to achieve sales, address the growing demand for Contract Express and accelerate the growth of customer wins in MENA.

The Legal Solution Specialist will also help up-skill the Specialist team in selling Contract Express.

Role is based in Dubai with travel around MENA region.

Contract Express is trusted by the world’s leading law firms and corporations to generate standard legal documents from automated templates, reducing or eliminating the delays, costs, bottlenecks and risks inherent with legal drafting.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to)

Opportunity Enablement:

  • Support the growing Contract Express Opportunities through your technical competency, and wider market experience.
  • Deliver onsite demonstrations.
  • Support clients experience of the PoC.
  • Provide advice or training to users about the application systems functionality.

Specialist Training

  • Support the development of the Specialist skill set and development in Contract Express.


  • Provide support and advice to both existing customers and trial customers.
  • Pro-actively develop opportunities to assist with automation of customer documentation

Opportunity Support

  • Meet customer deadlines for the sales process and prioritise responses
  • Analyse customer problems and provide relevant solutions with appropriate responses.
  • Review and maintain existing support materials and process documents based upon practical experiences and emerging issues

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Contract Express
  • Undergraduate degree
  • IT savvy, with familiarity and technical experience with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to take logical approach to problems, source and analyse information, develop solutions and provide succinct and clear advice to recipients
  • Pays high attention to detail, possibly with legal editorial background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
