Job Description

Your Impact at FindLaw, part of Thomson Reuters

Contribute to the success of FindLaw through leading a team of account managers.  Responsible for driving renewal growth, customer retention and delivery of an effective service strategy in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Develops and executes strategies to achieve renewal and retention targets across the division
  • Participates in the process of designing and evaluating territory alignment, incentive plans and programs to drive renewal
  • Develops and executes strategies to improve the customer experience and improving retention
  • Coaches, mentors and develops leaders
  • Lead and/or participate in cross organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate across multiple departments and influence across all levels
  • Oversee, manage and be accountable for departmental budget for Account Management

Experience

  • 7+ years in a leadership role, with 3+ years in Account Management
  • Experience in implementing broader business strategy
  • Experience in internet marketing
     

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding company’s goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage within a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments and influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to set and drive strategy; including leading through change
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing business priorities, processes and decisions
  • Ability to work with escalated customer situations

Education

  • Bachelors degree required
