This position provides prompt sales operations support to a growing energetic inside sales organization through lead passing, daily reporting, maintenance of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, meeting preparation and other general office duties. This role has direct contact with entire sales organization; including sales leaders and other business units within the organization as well as front-line customer contact.
Answer multi-line phone system to pass leads to sales reps, customer service or support
Maintain sales email inbox and pass leads to their respective department
Distribute daily sales revenue reports to sales rep and leaders
Assist sales representatives with questions on product and service orders
Distribute sales trade show leads via the our internal CRM tool
Sustain multiple sales revenue spreadsheets
Complete administrative tasks as needed for the entire sales organization in a prompt manner
Work under general supervision of a manager of Sales Operations
Confident, helpful, customer-oriented phone presence required
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision
Proven ability to take on multiple projects and see them to completion successfully
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills (written, oral)
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Hours of operation 8:00 am – 7:00 pm with rotating evening coverage
