Financial Documentation Specialist with Spanish
YOU AND YOUR TEAM:
You will join the international Legal Managed Services (LMS) team based in Gdynia, London, New York and Eagan (MN) and India. LMS provides contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and due diligence, corporate secretarial and compliance risk management services, document review and management, legal research, litigation support services to leading multinational companies and financial organizations.
Within your role, you will work on projects; including projects for large investment banks, supporting organizations with reviewing, summarizing and analysing financial documents.
IMPORTANCE OF ROLE:
In the wake of the global financial crisis, OTC derivatives have been blamed for increasing systemic risk. With the ever-increasing regulatory landscape raising a lot of unanswered questions, our services help global financial institutions navigate through the maze by managing obligations for relationship and transactional documentation.
