Senior Consultant - Solutions Integration

We are currently seeking a Tax Software Consultant with proven experience in ERP implementations.

The Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to Onesource functionality. In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to configure/customize Onesource application to meet their business requirements. He / She will be required to conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables and train end users on application functionality.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
  • 2+ years ERP software experience
  • Ability to effectively implement an ERP Solution
  • Strong experience in financials, accounting and tax
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet client service level expectations
  • Adept and proactive at problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to actively participate in team and client meetings
  • Motivated and shows initiative
  • Great organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure
  • Adaptable to multiple client work environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
