Working within a small team of enterprise architects, the candidate will be responsible for defining the platform architecture to support Human Interaction with the services offered across the TR finance and risk domains. The candidate will be familiar with the financial and risk business domains and concerns including areas such as market data, order flow, data at rest, data transmission, identity of individuals and legal entities, and fine-grained entitlements. Using this domain familiarity, the applicant will use formal and informal techniques to assist business analysts, product owners and technology teams to develop platform approach to delivering user experience capabilities define and govern TR standards in accordance with TR technology strategy.
The candidate will report to a principal architect. They will be expected to capture information from teams working across the many products and platforms in the F&R space and communicate the output of the modeling work in the form of documentation, and governance practice. The candidate will be expected to work alongside development teams and assist them with information architecture for internal use cases. The candidate should be able to work hands on with technology teams in an agile process helping to solve problems by building simple proofs of concept, with knowledge and experience of technology areas such as public cloud, CICD, HTML5, Java coding etc. The candidate will be expected to work with product owners to help them with platform architecture for customer facing use cases.
The candidate will be expected to work with information architects and inform data modeling standards and API design.
They will also be expected to work with security architects and ensure that designs and implementations meet required security standards and practice.

Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant area or 4+ years experience in a related area (ex. information architecture or business analysis)
