Senior Marketer

This individual will lead the development and execution of the marketing plan for a suite of innovative, market-leading online information solutions for the Canadian market. They will work with a cross-functional group including sales, creative services, digital marketing, external third parties and product development professionals to develop and execute the marketing program that drives awareness and market share.

This position is responsible for:

  • developing and implementing integrated Demand Generation marketing programs, using Digital channels (eMail, Web, Social), Event Marketing (live events, conferences/trade shows and webinars), and Space Advertising;
  • leading the development of Sales Enablement tools;
  • developing effective creative briefs, including features, benefits, and value propositions of the product that differentiate it in the market;
  • building a deep understanding of target personas and market segments;
  • developing and sharing thought leadership and product content for marketing websites, sales enablement tools, events and social channels; and
  • reviewing marketing campaign analyses to direct campaign refinement in the future.

You will be a strong team player and will possess:

  • a university or college degree or certification in marketing or equivalent experience;
  • two to three years of experience creating marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment;
  • a demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, juggle many tasks and strive for results;
  • comfort communicating with all levels of the organization; and
  • strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Access and Excel.
