Sales Account Coordinator- myPay Solutions

We utilize our own leading edge technology to uniquely serve the marketplace, specifically our own client base of tax and accounting professionals.  myPay Solutions offers the Sales Account Coordinator an opportunity to succeed personally, work directly with successful sales professionals, while also contributing to the growth of Thomson Reuters.

The Sales Account Coordinator will provide a range of sales activities within their assigned team.  He/She will be in a client-facing capacity and must be responsive to external customers with the ability to prioritize activities based on business impact.  The coordinator must be able to work in a proactive, self-directed manner with minimal supervision and will report directly to the Director of Sales.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Cultivate Referring Accountant relationships both current and former in pursuit of additional revenue
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities to drive revenue
  • Manage and prioritize calling campaigns
  • Coordinate all inquiries involving administrative requests, compliance matters and client questions
  • Assist sales team in successful transition of new clients to myPay Solutions
  • Facilitate entity changes and the change of accountant process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact if a member of your assigned team is out of the office
  • Update firm information in FLASH, our CRM database (i.e. RA secondary relationships, incorrect information, update product profile information, etc.)
  • Work closely and collaborate with the sales, new accounts, and tax teams to ensure all client issues reach final resolution
  • Assist in facilitation of 3rd party relationships with new and existing clients (i.e. worker’s comp, time clocks, pay cards, etc.)

Skills and knowledge needed to be a successful Sales Account Coordinator at myPay Solutions:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have an enthusiastic, "sales oriented" attitude with the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Must also be a customer focused, results-driven individual who is a proactive communicator
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of the payroll industry is beneficial
