Asset Servicing Consultant, Professional & Consulting Services

YOU AND YOUR TEAM:

Asset Servicing Consultants Team (“ASC”) is looking for a new team member located in Gdynia to provide premium and innovative high touch level of service to a small number of most important asset servicing customers with a focus on large fund administrators. The main responsibility of the consultant will be to proactively monitor possible disruptions to customer files. Any issues will be managed to resolution including regular updates on progress. 

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

With the aim to provide a best in class support experience there will be a low customer to consultant ratio therefore we are looking for senior level (Band H) consultants for this role

SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with defined group of customers that includes a detailed understanding of file delivery, infrastructure reliance and mitigation possibilities during disruptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Account Teams, Market Support Specialists and other resolver groups across the organization to ensure appropriate resolutions are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure change management is proactively communicated to customers by providing details on Content Enhancements, Infrastructure Changes and Data Notifications.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and feedback is recorded in a correct and detailed manner in the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Participate in Client visits in EMEA region.
  • Provide complete ownership for all issues raised by the defined group of customers.
  • Provide feedback to Pricing and Reference Service to drive product and tool improvements.
  • Work closely with other ASC team colleagues located in New York and Bangalore.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience with financial or market data with a focus on Pricing and Reference.
  • Knowledge of Thomson Reuters products (especially DataScope and EIKON) and end-user workflow.
  • Strong communication skills, including succinct writing, as well as critical reasoning skills in identifying problems and solutions quickly.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a track record for influencing people outside of your span of control.
  • Ability to work independently while at the same time not moving away from a team role.

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

  • You have practical knowledge of SQL on advanced level
  • You have experience in Project Management
