Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague: Sales Desk Associate

Position overview:

The Sales Desk Associate role will support the prospect to cash process for sales and have a familiarity for their accounts.  The Sales Desk Associate will support the Opportunity process to support what is needed to turn an opportunity into an order.  This may include working in the internal system TRUST for Opportunities to helping support contracts and order forms to be signed. The person will also support following up on pending orders, helping work through difficult questions related to contracts, or a customer installed position, and helping follow up on billing questions, all working closely with the OMS.  The Sales Desk Associate will report into the Sales Operation Manager for the Sales team they support.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Work with AMs to support Opportunity process by updating Opportunities when sales are on the road, helping perform monthly forecast maintenance
  • Support selling administrative activities such as marketing materials distribution and arranging client meetings
  • Support obtaining signed contracts and order forms from customers
  • Create pricing calculators to support quote and order processing
  • Support trial management, obtaining info for IDs, tracking upcoming expirations
  • Follow up with the Order Management Specialist on order management process including pending orders status, contract questions, customer installed positions
  • Support customers with complaints about administrative issues, working closely with CAS, OMS and customers to resolve
  • Support debt collection issues related to commercial events with AMs
  • Develop customers' relationships to address minor issues quickly, to develop greater familiarity with accounts 



  • Bachalors Degree or similar experience

Required skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting or working within a sales team or sales organization 
  • Excellent Hungarian and English both written and oral

Desired skills:

  • Experience dealing with customer issues, challenges, complaints and having the savvy to escalate when appropriate
