YOU AND YOUR TEAM

Join the Ownership Declarable Stakes team based in Gdynia and Bangalore. In your role you will be responsible for sourcing and updating major shareholders information for the publicly listed companies.

WHAT MAKES THIS JOB IMPORTANT AND UNIQUE?

  • Coverage of most complete global share ownership and profiles data in the industry
  • Building up relationships with issuers, lead managers and dealers
  • Usage of appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
  • Active cooperation between Gdynia and Bangalore teams

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Interest in Financial Markets
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in one of the following languages: Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Russian/Ukrainian/French/Arabic
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others
  • Strive for bringing the best customer service

SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM

  • You will process shareholdings data in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge
  • You will build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets
  • You will take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • You will respond to client’s challenges and collaborate with Gdynia and global teams
  • You will support projects or ad hoc activities
  • You will use Thomson Reuters products

DURING THE FIRST WEEKS AT WORK:

You will undergo a thorough onboarding program. You will attend trainings with team in teams in Gdynia and Bangalore that will prepare you to perform your daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
