Primary Objective(s)

Thomson Reuters is transforming its digital customer experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team at the forefront of this transformation.   Do you challenge the status quo, love working with other savvy marketers, and want to lead change with your strong digital background? We are building our team and looking for a Digital Customer Experience Sr. Marketer who will be responsible for working closely with marketing partners and support attorneys in their digital journey. This exciting position will be part of a team that oversees the digital customer experience for Small Law Firm customers who engage in new sales, renewals and upsell of our products via our new digital platform.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement in our new digital experience through execution and optimization of customer engagement strategy (e.g. digital campaigns and in-product promotion)
  • Deliver results in a team environment, leveraging effective partnerships with cross functional teams including web strategy, content, search, media and sales teams. 
  • Develop digital assets (e-mail, in-product banners, etc.) to drive customer engagement
  • Use of the latest tools and analytical techniques to identify insights and improve Thomson Reuters digital web experiences through a test and learn methodology
  • Help to influence and shape the testing and optimization strategy as well as develop insights from continuous program of testing
  • Ensuring a data driven, analytical approach to experience metrics
  • Regular analysis of user testing and optimization results, plans and sharing key insights

    Qualifications:

  • 3-7 + years of relevant experience working within B2B organizations
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Proactive, high-energy individual with can-do attitude who can drive results
  • Significant demonstrable experience in digital marketing and customer experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to monitor and interpret performance, and make recommendations to drive results
  • Experience executing large, multi-tiered testing & optimization practices
  • Experience of implementing and learning from optimization, testing, usability and targeting initiatives
  • Analytically minded, with proven history of analyzing and improving campaign tactics to drive revenue
  • Great communicator who can build strong relationships
  • Proven attention to detail, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Working knowledge of personalization, major analytics and optimization tools
  • Proven ability to deliver projects and plans with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate all levels of the organization, including sales representatives
  • Proficiency with Marketing systems (e.g. UNICA, Salesforce.com) is a plus
