Digital Experience Marketing Manager, Small Law Firms

Thomson Reuters is transforming its digital customer experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team at the forefront of this transformation.   Do you challenge the status quo, love working with other savvy marketers, and want to lead change with your strong digital background? We are building our team and looking for a Digital Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for working closely with marketing partners and support attorneys in their digital journey. This exciting position will be part of a team that oversees the digital customer experience for Small Law Firm customers who engage in new sales, renewals and upsell of our products via our new digital platform.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Design customer engagement programs leveraging e-mail, in-product messaging and web experience to drive customers sales and renewals
  • Develop a deep understanding of our online customer journeys working to improve customer and business results
  • Partner with digital product owners, web strategy, content, search, media and sales teams, to plan and execute activities aligned to Small Law Customer business segment.
  • Spearhead the use of the latest tools and techniques (including multivariate testing programs) to analyze, test, and optimize Thomson Reuters web experience driving data based decisions
  • Implement a continuous testing approach to drive key KPIs related to e-mail, in-product promotions and landing pages
  • Evangelize and embed a test and learn culture into the marketing organization.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and outcomes based on regular analysis of digital experience and customer insights

Qualifications:

  • 3-8 + years of relevant experience working within B2B organizations
  • 2-3 + years of experience building campaigns

  • E-commerce experience or digital journey mapping a plus

  • Proactive, high-energy individual with can-do attitude who can drive results
  • Analytically minded, with proven history of analyzing campaign tactics through conversion to revenue
  • Significant demonstrable experience in digital marketing and customer experience.
  • Experience managing the development of large, multi-tiered testing & optimization practices.
  • Experience of conceiving, planning, implementing and learning from optimization, testing, usability and targeting initiatives.
  • Great communicator who can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders globally at all levels.
  • This is a strategic role, but we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and do tactical work as needed while the team is growing.
  • Experience of improving customer experience through innovative digital journeys and product integration.
  • Experienced in defining, measuring and reporting KPIs
  • Working knowledge of personalization, audience segmentation, onsite behavioral date, and major analytics/optimization tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects and plans with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate all levels of the organization, including sales representatives
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
