Training Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Training Consultant, based in either their Palmerston North or Wellington office working on our Infinitylaw practice management software.  The key objectives of this role are to deliver face to face and online training to Infinitylaw customers in NZ and Australia and to fellow team members in the Infinitylaw team.

The role also includes assisting in the preparation of documentation, testing of new releases of Infinitylaw and reviewing current processes and recommending changes for improvement.  

The ideal person we are looking for will be someone who has a proven record of providing training in a complex software product with accounting functionality to end users in a commercial environment. We are also ideally looking for the following skills:

  • Ability to deliver a training session to one or a group of people based on supplied training course documentation either in person or via e-learning methods
  • Solid understanding of accounting
  • High standard of written communication skills
  • Proven ability to learn new software products with ease
  • Sound capability in the use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to test software logically and able to report accurately on any problem found
  • Innovative thinking and performance
  • Excellent organisation, planning and implementation skills
  • Ability to travel across ANZ
