Senior Operations Analyst, SRS

Job Description

Thomson Reuters Risk is growing its Managed Service & Platform products. The Screening Resolution Service (SRS) proposition is to ensure that the global financial and corporate communities can clearly identify who their customers are, in order to fulfill regulations designed to conduct client due diligence.  This is a unique opportunity to join a business which is expanding its managed service offerings in order to partner with and support clients with their requirement to comply with due diligence requirements of the regulated community.


(Accountabilities, activities and tasks)

  • Liaises with World Check team for account creation for the projects/deals as stated in the SRS Statement of Work
  • Liaises with relevant stakeholders in providing information to ensure on time delivery
  • Manages and administers the work flow system
  • Handles administrative works of SRS such as on-boarding new clients as well as the SRS work flow
  • Manages the project allocation system which includes assigning the work to the relevant Ops team and communicating the information to relevant parties
  • Analyses and prepares MIS reports
  • Carries out any ad-hoc project or task assigned by manager


The Senior Analyst – Operations:

  • Reports to the Operations Manager, SRS
  • Works closely with all SRS colleagues especially those in Operations team, Case Manager, Quality team as well as colleagues from other units such as GTM and Proposition


(Knowledge, experience, skills and competencies)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Required languages (both written & spoken): English
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Excel VBA) and intermediate level of other Microsoft applications.
  • Paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time.
  • Strong communication, questioning and listening skills.
  • Displaying good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Managing multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional candidate who do not meet these requirements will still be considered.
  • At least 3 years of working experience
