Title: Team Lead – Inside Sales.

Job Function:

The Team Lead – Inside Sales will be responsible for training and mentoring a set of Inside Sales specialist for creating new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails have them routed to the appropriate sales members for further development and closure. Research into target Accounts, identify new business opportunities, key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territories. To consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the broader Sales goals and objectives through call monitoring, call coaching, training and development of other Inside Sales programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Call monitoring and feedback
  • Evaluate and improve Inside Sales and sales administration processes
  • Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching for existing and newly on-boarded Inside Sales team members
  • Build a solid inside sales/lead generation team that exceeds the daily targets
  • Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
  • Monitoring employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals & objectives
  • Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
  • Meets or exceeds assigned sales quota
  • To be able to pitch for multiple customer propositions
  • Ability to strike effective business relationships with C level executives on the phones
  • Build and maintain client experience through consultative conversations
  • Ability to cross sell and up-sell
  • Talk to existing customers for new business
  • To be active on Social Media and ability to build relationship with key stake holders across target accounts or a specific business vertical
  • To monitor calls and provide continuous feedback for improving quality
  • Work with sales heads on their requirements from time to time to provide valuable feedback
  • Serve as a mentor for new and existing inside sales staff members
  • Remains up to date on new products or enhancements
  • Mock calls and feedback

Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate with appropriate experience in Inside sales coaching/mentoring

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken/written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge on rules of engagement with customers on the phones
  • Strong presentation/negotiation skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • SPIN selling techniques an added plus
  • Knowledge of usage of the CRM
  • Experience in talking to C level executives on phone
  • Ability to Collaborate across business verticals
