The Global Customer Operation (GCO) team is based in London and Gdynia and are responsible for the lifecycle management of News Agency contracts worldwide.

Working from in-depth knowledge of News Agency products and contract protocols, GCO draft and review contracts, implement Media Commercial Policy and perform the gatekeeper role ensuring business compliance.  Using contract data, this role will generate reports, offering insight and analytics on all aspects of the News Agency business. 

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Working with Account Managers around the world, you will manage the end to end life of News Agency contracts. This includes:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Applying Commercial Policy, Compliance protocols
  • Own the contracting process from draft to signature
  • Services permissioning
  • Working with contract database, inputting contracts,
  • Running reports and analytics
  • Working on Compliance reconciliations

Working with a global team, the post requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, capable of self-motivated task management, working to deadlines, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team as well as taking initiative in a dynamic and pressured environment.

  • Experience of operational technologies, databases, advanced Excel
  • Experience of business analytics and data reporting
  • Good numeracy
  • Good written English language skills, for drafting legal documents
  • Good communication skills, specifically dealing with global internal and external customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure
  • Ability to self-motivate and meet targets
  • Team player
