The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters is the leading provider of technology and information solutions, as well as integrated tax compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals in accounting firms, corporations, law firms and government.

We are now opening the new teams in our office in Gdynia that will support Tax & Accounting business products and services for our global clients. You will join a very new business unit that had not been present in Gdynia office before. At the same time you will join a well-established company of Thomson Reuters that has been present in Gdynia for over 10 years and hires over 1300 employees

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

You will be the first point of contact for English and German speaking customers, shaping their experience in terms of product functionality and becoming the advocate of their needs. You will mainly support our flagship software for Tax & Accounting: ONESOURCE.

SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

  • Offer expert advice on Thomson Reuters applications over phone and e-mail
  • Respond to and resolve functionality queries
  • Update customers on an open case progress in a timely manner and with full accountability
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge
  • Share your expertise with the team members in Gdynia and other locations

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Fluent English and German
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - particularly over the telephone
  • Good software skills
  • High motivation to gain new expertise
  • At least BA diploma. Finance or Technology field preferred

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

  • You have knowledge of Tax and/or Accounting software
  • You hold Accounting or Tax qualifications
  • You’ve previously worked in professional helpdesk environment
  • You’ve got some XML /coding experience
