Job Description


Analyst is a person who understands the basics of contracts and financial products. He would be the one, who will perform FLR (First Level of Review) on the counterparties documents allocated to Pangea3 team.


The successful candidate will work with a large investment bank, supporting the Firm’s KYC business. The role involves performing due diligence on formation/constitutional, Investment Guidelines, IMA documents of firms across located globally.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing the constitutional and non-constitutional documents of the companies
  • Understanding of the contents of formation documents, investment management agreement, annual reports, Memorandum and Articles of Association etc
  • Work on a regulatory project in a target driven environment
  • Providing opinion basis due diligence performed for a company


 Business impact and geographic scope of role - Critical to delivery of Financial and Risk Compliance delivery centre in Pune.


  • Good Online Research, Analytical and Logical skills
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Basic knowledge on companies' documents such as MOA, AOA, Formation documents, etc.
  •  Must be computer savvy and able to learn and adapt to different contract lifecycle management platforms
  •  Knowledge of English/Grammar enabling efficient comprehension of clients' documents, codes, abstracts.
  •  Good written and verbal communication skills
  •  Team Player - Ability to co-operate and work as a team member and encourage colleagues, maintains positive attitude contributing to team morale

  •  Must have: Bachelor Degree in Finance/Law Graduate
  •  Desirable : BBA/MBA/LL.B or B.Com LLB


  •  Is capable of at least 98% accuracy in work product.
  •  Has the ability to spot and escalate issues in a contract and generally on the project.
  •  Has the ability to communicate directly with the Client.
