We are looking for a conference producer to help expand our successful events programme for a 6 month fixed term contract. Thomson Reuters organises a number of highly successful events each year, including the Safeguard National Health & Safety Conference and New Zealand Workplace Health and Safety Awards. We are now looking at furthering our event portfolio to other areas of Thomson Reuters’ business.
The Legal Conference Producer’s primary objective is to identify, develop and manage profitable, high quality conferences and events across the Thomson Reuters legal portfolio. This will involve, amongst other things, researching market trends, engaging with customers to conduct market research on event viability, sourcing and managing relationship with keynote speakers, program writing, event planning and on the day coordination.
