The Sales Operations Specialist supports the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales organization, as well as working closely with stakeholders outside of Sales to ensure that the processes in place work as well as possible for all areas of the business.
The Sales Operations Specialist role assists the manager of the Sales Operations Team to deliver efficient and effective support to promote the productivity of the Europe Sales team. This includes co-ordination of all sales material (such as co-ordination of request for proposal responses and order forms) sales process optimization (for example looking at how current processes can be improved), internal training facilitation (assisting the Training Manager, if required), supporting marketing and company events (on an ad hoc basis, also organized by the Marketing Team), assisting with sales presentations, as well as other activities that will enhance the efficiency of the Sales Team. The role combines both regular administrative tasks and ad hoc projects. The right candidate must be a good administrator, as well as someone willing to provide input and initiative on more strategic transformation projects and come up with their own ideas.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The Sales Operations Specialist will report directly to the team manager (Customer Experience Manager) and work closely alongside another member of the team with the same role. They will also need to work closely with the Sales Team and more occasionally other individuals across the business.
