Job Description


You will be a part of Talent Acquisition team in Gdynia. One of our objectives is to support building the excellent candidate experience and position Thomson Reuters as the employer of choice on the local job market. With your marketing skills and can-do attitude, you will be supporting our recruitment efforts and build internal and external employee engagement.

  • Create compelling and consistent marketing communications in Polish and English, in internal and external channels
  • Be Thomson Reuters social media correspondent on what #workingattr is like
  • Create outstanding copy and visuals for external marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate selected initiatives and programs for employees and/or external audience
  • Bring own potential to initiate new relations


  • Good feeling of social media tools to lead our official channels
  • Can-do-attitude and ability to easily liaise with peers and managers
  • Excellent taste for designing brand compliant visuals
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting clear and catchy texts
  • Very good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and deliver on time
  • Fluent English
