Job Description

Atividades do dia a dia:

Analisar a solicitações do cliente;

Entrar em contato com o cliente para entendimento detalhado da solicitação;

Esclarecer dúvidas funcionais sobre os sistemas;

Realizar consultas SQL em banco de dados / Desenvolvimento de scripts em SQL;

Especificar funcionalmente problemas encontrados no sistema;

Disponibilizar correções aos clientes com instruções de aplicação;

Auxiliar o cliente em liberações de patchs;

Prover contingência para problemas críticos.


Superior completo em TI;

Experiência em Suporte a sistemas/software (cliente externo);

Conhecimento em SQL (a nivel de consulta em banco de dados e desenvolvimento de scripts);

Conhecimento de PL/SQL;

Desejável conhecimento em ERP SAP e/ou Oracle;

Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de Comércio Exterior;

Desejável conhecimento nos módulos da Softway Suite.

Horário de Trabalho: Integral - segunda a sexta
